Mission :
- Planning of daily activities of transport operation ensuring safe delivery of goods;
- Ensuring proper documentation of dispatched trucks;
- Scrutinizing all movement cards and dispatch document of individual drivers;
- Ensuring effective management of all drivers;
- Monitoring and tracking of trucks from the days of dispatch to destination and back;
- Ensuring that turnaround time are strictly adhered to and enforced at all times;
- Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule for all trucks;
- Liaising with workshop and proper utilization of production time;
- Follow up on repair work done to avoid return job;
- Submission of return waybills to transport Lead for sighting and endorsement;
- Ensure that trucks have valid proper document;
- Payment of drivers waybill and other welfare matters in time;
- Prompt recovery of trucks from police, highway breakdown and other law enforcement agencies;
- Chief disciplinary officer of the fleet;
- To scheduleand route destinations of trucks under your fleet.
Profil :
- Baccalauréat +4/5 dans le domaine de la Logistique et du transport;
- 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire dans une entreprise du secteur industriel;
- Forte capacité d'organisation et de planification et d'analyse;
- Aptitudes à communiquer;
- Bilingue Anglais/Français
- Esprit d'équipe.
Niveau d'études : MASTER 2 / BAC+5
