JOB MISSIONS :
- To ensure the organization of recruitment, reviewing resumes, scheduling job interviews;
- To ensure the organization of seminars;
- To ensure the inclusion of health insurance financed by the company;
- To ensure that all policies and procedures of the company continues to comply with federal and state laws;
- To ensure the rate of turnover and turnover figures prepare and maintain reports for management;
- To ensure the establishment of performance factors of employees;
- To implement appropriate disciplinary action when necessary;
- To ensure payroll.
- To have a +3 / 5 HR or human sciences, or equivalent;
- To have a minimum of 3 years of experience;
- To have the ability to diagnose the source of problems and determine the most effective solutions;
- To have excellent analytical skills;
- To have the ability to work on own initiative and with little supervision;
- To have a very good organization, multitasking, prioritization and team spirit;
- To have the ability to work independently, especially on core tasks;
- To have great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
- To be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues;
- To be professional, honest and ethical;
- Having control of English and French language;
- To have proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite.
