JOB MISSIONS
- Provides leadership and oversight of the country program's operational support departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Information and Communication Technology, Supply Chain Management, Security, and other Administration;
- Ensures that Compliance and Partnership are themes;
- Ensures that programs are supported to effectively meet articulated needs, manage risk, and increase efficiency;
- Ensures that all offices have corresponding systems in place and that applicable association and donor policies are consistently applied;
- Leads and oversees activities to strengthen the capacities of partners in these same functions;
- Acts as a member of the senior management team and play a key role in all senior management decisions and initiatives
JOB PROFILE
- Male or female of at least 35 years;
- Minimum five years' work experience in a management of non-profit, development, and/or humanitarian organization. At least two years of this should be in a developing country outside candidate's country of origin
- Be bilingual ;
- Mastery of the private sector in Cameroon;
- Mastery of accounting software's, Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet ;
- Capable of conceiving, planning and writing projects ;
- Be organized and responsible ;
- Possess interpersonal and team spirit skills ;
- Be reactive, diplomatic and flexible.
