MISSIONS
- Ensuring all payments, amounts & records are accurate;
- Preparation of statutory accounts;
- Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements;
- Verify items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees;
- Disburse funds using manual/local warrants or petty cash and make changes according to specific instructions.
JOB PROFILE :
- Male / Female of at least 25 years of age ;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field ;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industry or energy sector ; Be perfectly bilingual ;
- Be result-oriented ;
- Good communication skills ;
- Capable of working under pressure ;
- Organized, proactive and rigorous ;
- Excellent analytic and accounting skills ;
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Access, Internet).
