JOB MISSIONS:
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing and testing, products or materials;
- Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities;
- Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments;
- Negotiate with carriers, warehouse operators, or insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates;
- Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner;
- Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing or salvaging products or materials.
- Organizing and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
JOB PROFILE:
- Male / Female of at least 30 years of age;
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industry or energy sector;
- Be perfectly bilingual;
- Be result oriented;
- Good communication skills;
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Organized, proactive and rigorous
- Excellent bookkeeping skills;
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Access, Internet).
