Mission :
Job Accountabilities :
Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
Duties :
- Assure timely posting of all prepayment allocations and journals aquisiments
- Assure in timely posting of all accruals
- Assure posting of all IFRS aquisiments
- Responsible of tracking, review and costing of all importation files
- Prepare monthly reconciliation OHADA vs IFRS
- Responsible of AP Subledger Review and Sanity
- Assure maintenance of all BS schedules for OHADA and IFRS
- Assure on timely submission of monthly reports
- Keep General Ledger Accounts free of material errors and / or misstatements
- Assure on timely tracking of all PO issued for equipment importation
- Responsible of costing of equipment received at warehouse
- Respect finance best practices and policies
- Responsible to drafting of finance procedures
- Assure completion of annual companys' audit
- Assure effective tax compliances
- Responsible on timely completion annual tax return
Profil :
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar area of study
- 2 To 3 years cognate experience
- 1st language : french
- Fluent English
- Analyse Financial Information
- Ensure Data Accuracy
- Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes
- Reconcile Accounts
- Strong technical accounting background
- Strong Excel and database skills
