Job Title: Senior Brand Manager, Scotch Whiskies – GCSA

Purpose of the role:

  • To develop profitable growth strategies for Scotch Whiskies
  • To develop and coordinate delivery of the key projects and activities to achieve this growth


  • Create strategies that win and enable GCSA to beat competition and exceed Net Sales Values & Trading Profit plans
  • Drive enduring competitive advantage from customer and consumer insight Inspire Agencies and cross functional teams to deliver breakthrough content
  • Drive value commercially for Diageo
  • Leads competition beating execution
  • People and stakeholders management


  • 4 years + Marketing experience with a minimum 3 years in consumer marketing.
  • A University degree or tertiary professional qualification in Marketing.
  • Specific knowledge of Cameroon Spirits realities is an advantage
  • Fluency in English or in French
  • Right to live and work in Cameroon
  • Flexibility to relocate in any city within Cameroon if opportunities arise


The preferred candidate should have:

  • Excellent persuasive skills
  • Strong background in building and maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • A self-driven mindset
