How our programme works!

Our programme is a three year adventure providing you with two to three rotations during which you'll find yourself challenged and inspired to reach your full potential. ​ You ' ll be introduced to many of our Diageo leaders globally so you can see how we operate around the world. You'll also enjoy the backing and support of a mentor and buddy who will give you an introduction to Diageo's culture and help you successfully navigate your career.

What the programme offers to you?

The company's future success depends on the Corporate Relations (CR) critical role and ability to positively shape the environment to enable the business to grow and win. This means you could be looking at ways to drive sustainability in all we do, involved in developing better communication and relationships with our external stakeholders (suppliers, partners, governmental authorities, press…) But also working on projects that improve our local communities thanks to our fantastic Responsible Drinking agenda and Water for Life project.
Over the three year programme with us you'll grow your understanding on the different aspects that the Corporate Relations Team manages in Guinness Cameroon. At the end of the programme, you will be able to decide which area is the most interesting for you from Public Affairs, Tax and Alcohol Policy to Communication and Employee Engagement.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • A minimum Bachelor academic degree with 14/20 or 3.00 GPA minimum in any subject
  • Fluency in English & French
  • Right to live and work in Cameroon
  • Willing to relocate in or outside Cameroon if opportunities arise
