Our client, a multinational company specialized in the distribution of machines of civil engineering and construction, is looking for a PSSR – Chinese Segment to accompany the strong development of its activities in Cameroon.
Business Development
- Identification of the park Machine and analysis of the needs for the Chinese customers (equipment, service, training)
- Apply the company's standard terms of sale
- Create a privileged long term relation with the Chinese clients, based on an oriented approach of services, counceilling, anticipation of the customers'needs, promote the preventive interventions)
- Help the Chinese customers in the management of their stock of spare parts
- Advise the customers technically in their choice of equipments
- Promote the sale of spare parts, tools and the after-sales service
- Collect the maximum of information on the Chinese clientele and on the active competitors
- Propose regular service, promote service contracts (if applicable)
- Prospect new customers by regular actions and visits
- Play the role of the ‘company ambassador' during the visits with the Chinese customers (current and to future)
Administrative follow up
- Realize the detailed reports of visits and update customers' files in particular via the CRM
- Put in place an administration of fast and reliable sales of the offer until the invoicing and the payment
- Manage his diary of visits
- Treat entirely guarantees of customers by following the BIA's procedures
- Effective and constructive Collaboration with the logistic department Supply Chain
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical Training (HND in industrial Maintenance, or electromechanic) / Bachelor in Trade or likened by experience
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar function;
- Experience of technical salesman with Chinese and\or Asian clientele
- Knowledge of the sector or the branch of industry in which intervenes Chinese economic operators within the territory
- Excellent commercial luggage
- Control of the office automation tools (MS service) – ERP is an asset; · Bilingual Mandarin
- French or English ;
- Good interpersonal skills with the commercial and industrial clientele
- Capacity of organization, management and communication;
