Enko Education is launching new programs both in Douala and Yaoundé. The objective of the Telemarketer is to provide information to the eligible parents in order to recruit students in all our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound marketing: Answer to all questions and demand of information about Enko by phone
- Outbound marketing: Contact eligible parents to our program to recruit students
Tasks:
- Contact eligible parents by phone and shortly present our programs in order to enrol students
- Follow up the contacts and record information (name, address, contact details, number of children, grade, school, reaction of prospects contacted) on Microsoft Excel
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of parents
- Schedule appointments for School launcher & Head of School to meet with prospective parents or for parents to attend information sessions
Profile:
No specific previous experience is required; however, a telemarketing, sale, marketing or customer service experience would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent phone skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal skills
- Knowledge of Douala schools preferred but not required
