Essential job functions:

  • Receiving and directing visitors.
  • Manage administrative documents.
  • Manage mail service .
  • Fielding telephone calls.

Minimum requirement

  • Education : Higher National Diploma (HND)
  • Experience: 2 years in a similar role.
  • Age : 24 - 28
  • Sex : Female

Skills and Knowledge:

  • MS Office application; Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher.
  • Must demonstrate a strong language skill in both French and English
  • Must be physically presentable & responsible, and has high moral values.
  • Should be flexible, and capable to work under pressure.
