- Receiving and directing visitors.

- Manage mail service .
- Fielding telephone calls.
Minimum requirement
- Education : Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Experience: 2 years in a similar role.
- Age : 24 - 28
- Sex : Female
Skills and Knowledge:
- MS Office application; Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher.
- Must demonstrate a strong language skill in both French and English
- Must be physically presentable & responsible, and has high moral values.
- Should be flexible, and capable to work under pressure.
