Our client, an international company from the transportation area is looking for an HR Assistant (temporary contract), in Douala.
Missions:
Reporting to the Cluster HR Manager, you provide support in the functional areas of the human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
Profile:
- Degree in HR Management
- 02 years of successful experience on a similar position
- Previous experience within an international company
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Bilingual French/ English
- Ability to evolve in a multicultural environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Strong communication skills, accurate, flexible, hands-on and pro-active attitude, able to work independently while keeping the manager informed
- Accuracy, service focused, flexibility, pro-active
- Able to work with deadlines
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
