To fuel our sales team, we are looking for English speaking Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to learn enterprise software sales and launch or re-launch their careers. We want the best of the best and make sure the top performers are rewarded.
About the job:
- Get trained on the sales process and attend trainings to learn about the product and industry
- Learn how to properly qualify, source and engage cold leads through outbound selling efforts
- Make outbound customer calls to find new business and accounts minimum of 150 calls per day
- Be proficient in basic product demos from your 3rd month (90 days)
- A probation salary of FCFA 50.000/Month during your observation period with us (extra incentives can be given based on your work quality and the opportunities you bring)
You will be successful if:
- You want to win all the time and you find motivation in temporary setbacks
- Your ability to learn is off the chart and you are hungry for more
- You love connecting with people online and on the phone
