- Ability to recognize technical needs and recommend suitable technologies.
- Bachelor of Science (computer science) with outstanding record.

- Maintain, review and backup system components
- Develop and implement high-quality security concepts
- Scripting and programming languages (Python, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Travis-CI)
- Experience administering application servers, web servers, and databases (Tomcat, Nginx, Microsoft IIS, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Strong experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN
