A company importing drugs, consumables, medical equipments, laboratory reagents, is looking for One, (01) sales Manager.
- Maintain and increase sales of the company's products
- Achieve the targets and goals set for your region
- Increase business opportunities through different marketing channels
- Set sales goals for individual representatives and your team as a whole
- Recruit and train sales staff
- Assign Zones to Sales Representatives
- Enforce sales strategies and assign sectoral goals to teams
- Monitor the performance of your team and motivate them to achieve goals
- Compile and analyze sales figures
- Develop the turnover of specific customers.
- Report of activities to country managers or zones
- To be Cameroonian male or female
- Hold a category B driving license and vehicle in good condition
- Good Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical institutions.
- A CV, a Cover letter and proof of the diploma and training must be presented;
- Job certificates relating to professional experience; minimum of one year reference to which the structure could address in the context of the examination of the candidate.
