Sightsavers has a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to be based in our Cameroun country programme. This role will have responsivity for the day-to-day administrative management and support services at the Cameroon Country office.
The role will involve, but not limited to, general administration and cash management, including file management, administration of petty cash and management of contracted office service. Front desk management including management all incoming and outgoing correspondents, by phone, post or email as well as ensuring that reception and meeting areas are kept clean and presentable. Procurement and stock keeping and travel management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effective. You will have strong customer service skills as well as be proficient using Microsoft applications. Essentially you will also be organized and have excellent administrative skills. Fluent in both French and English is highly desirable.
