Mission :
ADRH APAVE is recruiting for one of his important client in aviation sector a QUALITY MANAGER who will have to:
- Oversight of all divisions
- Be responsible of establishing an independent quality system to monitor the compliance with the regulations
- Monitoring and ensuring to improve safety standards and enforce safety
- Be in charge of making sure staffs are fully trained and up to date, required by regulations
- Implement test, re design and audit all processes and procedure and report to the management
- Formalise a training plan or report that replacement staff will need to be recruited
Profil :
The owner of this position will respond to this profile:
- Relevant Qualifications from a recognised institution or civil aviation authority.
- Good working knowledge of Aviation Rules and Regulations.
- 5+ years' experience in aviation; Quality “Post-holder” / General / Assistant Manager Position.
- Proven experience working directly for the Accountable Manager.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in French / English, strong knowledge of French preferred
