The objective of this position is:
Direct management of customer portfolio and capture new assigned channel in your area of influence, running trade policies of the company, and negotiating the commercial conditions, visibility and service, according to the instructions received and authorization levels set by the company. Being the true image of the brand and the company, and reconciling the interests of the company and brand with customer needs.
The Main tasks:
1. New customers prospection:
- Location , Exploration, evaluation , presentation and argumentation , tasting , test site , Bid Submission , Signing Contract , commercial maintenance visits ( Lifecycle Management Client ) .
- Weekly report of the results to Manager.
- Implementation of tenders and commercial actions designed to capture and activation for new customers , including promotions Welcome , Buying Member Get Member , installing brand visibility elements ensuring compliance with the Guidelines of Nespresso , etc.
- Ensure proper implementation of the process captured Customer Engagement in coordination with CRC and CRM and MKT
2. Maintaining your commercial client
- Analysis of the orders and the % consumption reached.
- Solving incidents and reporting them to prevent future issues.
- Achieve sales targets
3. Activity planning , administrative tasks and reporting
- Work with the Finance Department in collection management tasks.
- Complete and delivery date activity reports (weekly or for specific campaigns), analyzing content and corresponding results with the Area Manager.
- Develop and implement action plans and take corrective measures to ensure the fulfillment of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
