Broad Function:

Optimize human resources of company, carry out daily administration work.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Recruit staff according to HR standard;
  2. Post recruit advertisements, collect candidates’ CVs, interview and inform the results according to requirements;
  3. Carry out daily administrative work and office management;
  4. File documents according to requirement;
  5. Coordinate marketing events;
  6. Other work from superiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Tertiary education and major in HR or applied psychology are preferred;
  2. Fluent English & French is necessary;
  3. At least 3 years working experience in HR, or more than two years recruiter experience;
  4. Familiar with the culture of neighbouring countries, good team player and good communication skills.
  5. Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications;
  6. Aged from 25 to 35.
