Main tasks
- Strategic and operational marketing and product planning
- Market analysis and business intelligence
- Development of marketing and sales strategies
- Campaign development and planning
- Product definition and analysis
- Business and data analysis
- Marketing budget responsibility
Qualification
- Strong marketing experience, excellent knowledge of marketing principles
- Understanding of online and viral marketing
- Team player with strong communication and people skills
- Capable to work goal oriented, strongly self-organized and self dependent in a very dynamic environment
- Strong motivation, flexibility, and resilience
- Team motivation
- Consistency in reporting
- Negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
- Driver license
Experience and education
- High school or university degree
- Minimum 5 years job experience in marketing of consumer goods in Cameroon or neighboring countries
- Minimum 3 years management experience with personnel responsibilities
- Job experience in telecom, mobile operator or ISP will be an additional benefit
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Place of employment will be Douala
