HIERARCHY REPORTS TO : Chief Engineer and indirectly to Plant coordinator.
SAME LEVEL AND WORKING WITH : All the chief of departments
COLLABORATION : Quality control, supply chain and warehouse Departments
SUBORDINATES : Foremen electricians
He is responsible of all the electrical design and maintenance of the plant. He will assist the operation managers In meeting their production objectives by ensuring their machines electrical maintenance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
1- Ensure daily electrical maintenance operations
2- Manage priorities and equipment availability.
3- Ensure that all the electrical drawing of the plant are available and up to date.
4- Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of processes and equipments.
5- Ensure the supervision and planning of all the electrical maintenance operations..
6- Schedule maintenance work into production planning.
7- Check the quality and effectiveness of all the electrical maintenance operations.
8- Develop cost and time estimates of operations..
9- Track and check the staff work load.
10- Ensure the real cause analysis of all the electrical breakdowns through the root cause failure analysis tools.
11- Develop and promotes the PM spirit in the department.
12- Establish and follow-up KPIs on machines operations, maintenance and staff.
13- Establish and follow up machines electrical check-lists.
14- Keep his hierarchy informed for any abnormal or critical situation.
15- Make suggestion for system improvement.
16- Follow-up machines electrical parts consumption.
17- Participation in budgetary preparation, tracking, and analysis.
18- Department timekeeping and payroll inputs.
19- Department of vacation, absenteeism and tardiness records.
20- Ensure quality compliance and safety of all the operations.
21- Responsible for all the electrical contractors.
22- Ensure that all the operations are electrical hazard free.
23- Ensure that the electricians are well trained.
Electrical or electromechanical engineer.
10 year minimum experience in similar job.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Master Medium Voltage and Low Voltage environment
Training in mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC/ refrigeration and hydraulic system repair experience is a plus.
Results driven focus.
Knowledge in project management.
Proven leadership experience to include; team building, coaching and motivation, change management, process management, managing vision, and impact and influence
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge in electronics.
Knowledge in ink printing machines.
Trained in PLCs and electronic variable drive
Ability to utilize an electrical CAD package such as OrCad, or similar commercially available software.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, self- management and problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Bilingual is a plus..
