WAITRESS / SERVER

Working Hours : 10H-17H, 17H-00H

- Marital Status : Not Married
- Gender Preference : female
2. Minimum Requirements
- Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and French. Read/Write/Speak.
- Must be comfortable working with numbers
- Must be on your feet for long period of time
- Must be professional and friendly at all times
- Must be able to work under stress and extreme pressure
- Must be self-organized and demonstrate acute time management
- Must be a team player
- Should be able to lift heavy tray filled with glassware and food
- Must be comfortable engaging strangers and entertaining a discussion
- MUST be able to avoid customer advances and remain professional at all times!
3. Academic and professional requirements
- Educational qualification : Secondary School (G.C.E O LEVEL, BEPC)
- Professional experience : 3 years of customer service experience
(N.B: Number of years of experience can compensate educational qualification)
4. Responsibilities
- Check in on time for your shift
- Gather specific shift information from order manager
- Greets guest and make them feel comfortable
- Take care of your guests and other waitres guest when needed
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
- Clear dirty dishes from table
- Clean your sever section
- Check with closing order manager
- Performe any other duty as may be assigned by your Superior
- Clock out of your server shift
Note:
Making guest feel confortable and welcomed is non-negotiable!
It is your responsibility to make each guest want to return every time.
You will be accountable for 100% customer satisfaction.
