YooMee Africa, a Swiss company operating broadband wireless networks in sub Saharan Africa, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its operations in Cameroon.

The company has fast growing operations in Cameroon and is expanding to additional countries in sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed by experienced entrepreneurs and strong financial investors. 

Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • responding to customer, open/close requests, customer inquiries, and requests for account information;
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Customer Service, Excellent communication skills ;
  • Product Knowledge,  Computer literacy, Good typing speed and computer navigation skills;
  • Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Ability to work in team;
  • Phone Skills, Listening, Excellent convincing skills ;
  • Analyzing Information;
  • Availability to work 8h shifts 7 days per week;
  • Networking and IP knowledge will be appreciated

Educations skills

At least High School Diploma; Contact center knowledge will be a plus.
