• A stamped application to the Minister of Higher Education , bearing an address and a telephone number to contact you if necessary ;
• A certificate of nationality;
• A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months ;
• Photos 4 x 4 recent;
• A medicalcertificate;
• A curriculum vitae ;
• A certified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy ;
• A certified copy of GCE O/L transcript and copy;
• Transcripts of classes :
  
  • Form V
  • Lower Sixth
  • Upper Sixth

Post Graduatelevel

• A stamped application to the Minister of Higher Education , bearing an address and a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary;
• Acertificate of nationality;
• A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months;
• Photos 4 x 4 recent;
• Amedicalcertificate;
• A curriculum vitae ;
• Acertified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy
• Certified copies of university transcripts and certificates covering all the years ;
• A copy of the detailed plan and specific studies or research that the candidate intends to take ;
• Two letters of recommendation from your university professors.
