RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF: (01) Admin and Finance Officer

Job Title:

Admin and Finance Officer

Reports to:

Country Administrator

Main objective

-Audit Preparation and Controls.

-Verifies the Interim final Financial Reports and submits them to the Project Manager and and country Administrator for approval;


- Responsible for all Financial and Administrative documents of the base and all project's documents.


- Maintain a document filing system.


-Carries out bank reconciliation of the different bank accounts.


-Monitoring of project budget and expenses.


-Controls the accounting documents of NOS (BUEA & BAMENDA)

  • -Assist the Project Manager in the different financial plannings.

Competences

  • The ideal candidate should have at least a Masters Degree in accounting or all equivalent diplomas
  • 03 Years Minimum experience in a similar post.
  • Minimum 2 Years in a similar position with NGO
  • Experience with projects funded by donors
  • Experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in preparation of audits and controls
  • English and Pidgin, knowledge of French is considered an asset
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Respect and non-discriminatory attitude
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • IT / bureaucratic,
  • Excellent Report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
