Brief Introduction of the Company

WILLS CORP.SARL ‘s mission in Cameroon and the rest of the world is the production, importation and distribution of medical devices as well as all commercial, financial, industrial, securities and real estate transaction that maybe directly or indirectly related to the above stated object or any activity such as to promote its extension or realization ;

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Over all Financial management of Wills Corp Sarl
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (Income statement, Balance sheet, cash flow, variance reports etc),
  • Prepare and Manage Budgets and Cash forecast on a regular basis
  • Review annual tax returns for the company, including all the required schedules so as to ensure that adverse exposure to taxation is limited
  • Monitor that cash funds are properly managed and safely secured
  • Implement and maintain all necessary internal control measures within the company
  • Oversees the protection of the company's assets (cash, inventory, fixed assets) through the enforcement of internal control policies and procedures
  • Maintains current knowledge of local government requirements related to finance and complies with tax and other legal requirements
  • Manage bank accounts and Prepare bank reconciliations and fund reports.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure allocation of payroll costs to appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Enter expenditures in the general ledger, generate reports and audit the accounting system as necessary.
  • Prepare submission of all tax withholdings (payroll income tax, deduction at source (Déclaration Statistique et Fiscale (DSF) to relevant parties
  • Review and ensure proper authorization and approval and timely processing of payment/reimbursement requests for employees/suppliers/vendors.
  • Interact with bank and other stakeholders on an as-needed basis.


  • Relevant university qualification(s) in Accounting or Finance or a professional qualification in accountancy (University Degree in Accounting, Finance CPA/CA/ACCA) or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience preferably in a business company
  • Knowledge of the sector and the financial management issues specific to it
  • Knowledge of local finance standards and regulations.
  • Experience in Accounting softwares especially Sage Saari
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages, Ms Excel, Ms Word and Ms powerpoint
