Nottingham Trent University, the School of Social Sciences offers Master’s scholarship in the field of psychology, applied child psychology, forensic mental health, psychological well-being and mental health, forensic psychology, psychological research methods, politics, international relations, sociology, criminology and public health. These scholarships are available for the UK/EU and International master’s students. Applicants must have received an offer to study on one of the eligible Master’s course.  Scholarships cover up to the value of half the tuition fee for master’s courses starting in September 2013. The application deadline is 30 April 2013 and 30 July 2013.

Eligibility:

  • The Scholarships are available to UK / EU students
  • Students have been offered a place to study on their chosen full-time or part-time masters course within the School.
  • The Scholarships are also available to International students who have been offered a place to study on their chosen full-time Master’s course within the School.
  • Sponsored students (full or part) are not eligible to apply for the scholarship scheme.

Scholarship Description: The School of Social Sciences offers a number of competitive scholarships for our full-time and part-time Masters courses. The School of Social Sciences is delighted to announce the availability of a number of competitive scholarships up to the value of half the tuition fee for Masters Courses starting in September 2013. The Scholarships are available to UK / EU students who have been offered a place to study on their chosen full-time or part-time Masters course within the School.

What does it cover? Scholarships up to the value of half the tuition fee for Masters Courses starting in September 2013.

Notification:  Applications received after 4 pm GMT on 30 April and before 4 pm GMT on 30 July will be assessed and successful applicants will be notified of their scholarship award by 20 August 2013.

Before submitting your application, please ensure:

  • you have received an offer to study on one of the eligible Masters courses
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions
  • that you have read and understood the personal statement criteria
  • that you have completed section one of the application form
  • you have completed criteria one and criteria two of section two.

Please return your completed scholarship application form and evidence that you have achieved a 2.1 or above (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree by sending a copy of your degree certificate or official university transcript to enquiries before the application deadline.
