BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree; Microsoft Certification a plus.
Active Directory administration including group policies.
Experience developing web applications, including graphics design.
Two (2) or more years of experience working in a corporate Information Technology environment.
Helpdesk level I and II experience with resourcefulness.
Experience in software installation, configuration, packaging, testing, documenting, troubleshooting and deploying, call center support, escalation, scheduling, and general office management.
Experience utilizing tools such as RDP, VPN, Ticketing System…
Proficient in creating desktop images and deployment.
WINDOWS/MAC/LINUX operating systems experience.
Proficient in supporting wireless devices and VPN.
Desired virtual desktop applications a plus.
Provides on-site/remote software application administration: installs, configures, packages, tests, documents, troubleshoots, deploys and updates.
Provide General support for all department functions.
Make sales call to generate customers for existing and new products.
Help desk support (Email and Phone).
Create and update websites for customers.
