Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics.
Experience in performing accounting and financial transactions.
Experience in utilizing and modifying spreadsheets using software such as Microsoft Office.
Experience providing advice to clients.
Official Language Proficiency:
Bilingual – French and English
Assisting in the preparation and logistical arrangements for official visits, events, conferences, and meetings
Planning, organizing and controlling the maintenance, repair and replacement of crown owned and crown leased real property and equipment

The Common Service Administrative Assistant provides a variety of routine management and administrative support services that contribute to the management and delivery of the Common Services Program at Canadian Missions abroad. Common Services Program Delivery business lines, encompass five broad areas of responsibility: Financial Management/Comptrollership; Human Resource Management; Procurement, Contracting and Material Management Support and Services; Real Property Support Services; and Transportation Services.
