Mission
The Company needs a Fuel and gas sub Director to develop short, mid and long terms fuel & gas management strategy for the Company. In charge of definition, planning, coordination and execution of all activities related to management and timely supply of fuel, gas & lubricants. Compile and communicate a fuel, gas & lubricants summary report to his line. Support on the coordination of the fuel and dispatch Committee responsible to optimize fuel costs and mitigate any fuel delivery risk for the company. The unit is responsible to apply and enforce Fuel Stock Policy. Manage and control the fuel and lubricants delivery contract annually.
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly safety forum, conduct work site visits and report
- Develop strategy, procedures, risk assessment and crisis management related to fuel & gas supply chain and delivery logistics
- Initiate and coordinate fuel lubricants & gas tender processes (prices, contractuel negotiations, etc.)
- Plan, manage supply, check, reconcile and validate fuel & gas volumes
- Manage interfaces with both internal & external clients and contract administration
- Define, supervise and monitor implementation of reporting procedure (daily, weekly, monthly, annual & management summary reports)
- Supervise invoicing process and follow-up/monitor to ensure timely payment of fuel, lubes & gas suppliers
- Supervise logistic and management of projects related to fioul & gas chain of supply
Profil
- At least Four-year college degree
- Seven to ten years Experience
